45 minute lunch break, with no tea breaks Long working week - Mon-Sat No benefits - Eg: no company sick pay, standard holiday entitlement only Very sales driven Tiny break room - no TV, limited cooking facilities, no heating, no vending machines/ onsite canteen No parking - £13 for nearby car park or use residential roads Very clicky High Staff Turnover Very old fashioned Uniform strictly black & white

I like the fact that the company retains some “old fashioned” values but continues to adapt to meet the needs of staff and clients. Progression is available for hard work being put in. Support network from colleagues and management has always been top draw.

Cons

None that come to mind.
