3yHi! That is true. Unfortunately, most companies in the tech industry make revenue out of dev's salaries. Luckily that's not a reality at Howdy: we’d love to share a quick highlight of our compensation model, which is different from software factories or consulting firms.
At Howdy, salaries are agreed upon directly between the partner (the client company) and the developer. This way, there’s absolute transparency for both sides: our developers know how we’re charging the clients, and our clients knows how we’re paying the developers. So, the partner gets a motivated and stable team, and the developer gets access to world-class remuneration.
