      Poor management. Lack of accountability. Poor communication. Lack of standardized training leads to varying levels of preparedness for expected tasks.

      Cheap pay and too much Favoritism

      Pros

      If you are short and fat and know how to talk a good game, you can sit in the office all day and get good pay.

      Cons

      They don't protect the good employees... they will dangle a carrot in front of you with promises until you realize the carrot is rotted from you never reaching it. For every name change they make, they cut out bonuses and perks. If you don't have a life at home, by all means, work there, they have constant mandatory OT.
