Underpaid for the amount of work you do

Very little training and thrown for the wolves. I had 3 general managers in my 7 months there, my direct manager always took time off when I had a meeting set up (only way I could get time to connect with him) for help since I had such a large workload with very little training. Over 10 meetings a day and when I asked how I was supposed to get work done, I was told I had to manage my time better, I worked 10 hours in office and 2 hours at night at home to prepare for early morning meetings.
