      Great compensation narcissistic leadership culture

      Pros

      High wages and benefits package. With the amount of turn over, lots of room to advance your career. Many locations in the US and other countries if one is interested in moving to find opportunities.

      Cons

      Hostile take over by investment group 3 years ago corrupted core DNA of Alcoa legacy. Extreme instability in top leadership. Lost in a landscape mired in shareholder focus. Determined to meet unrealistic financial targets at the expense of equipment, employees, and customers. Unable to unplug for even a day. Work during "vacations". Work on weekends. 65+ hour work weeks, in perpetuity.

      People are nice there. Really enjoy working with everyone there.

      Cons

      No direction and training on job duties. You can get job duties that wasn’t on your job description without any training.
