      Dysfunctional Beyond Belief

      1. Benefits 2. Ability to expose yourself to different manufacturing processes. 3. Ability to learn from experienced seniors (if you go out of your way, no one will teach you).

      Cons

      1. Upper management is in complete dissolution. 2 plant managers that came and went during my time there. 2. Incredibly pessimistic environment, the employees that are currently there do not enjoy their jobs due to company politics and lack of support from "leadership". As a result you'll be greeted with low optimism employees. Even if you go above and beyond, you will be throttled by other employees who simply do not care anymore. 3. Disorganized departments that hop back and forth all over the place, one day is XYZ, next day is ABC, third day is AXBYCZ,

      Good benefits, health care. Bonus when ebitda is good.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t listen. Unreasonable or unrealistic demands and provide no help or support. High turn over and HR doesn’t do anything and / or address the problem with upper management.

      - Terrible Culture (Huge Entitlement Attitude) - Huge Powertrip (Looks down on others based on their current position) - Horrible employee retention (It was constantly a revolving door) - Much more but will stop
