Communication is terrible throughout the plant. The process of how parts are made is pretty cool, but once you are placed in a position the work is super mind numbing. You don’t get a third week of vacation until 7 years in.

For new engineers, this company will provide low salary and vacation. Average starting salary for engineer is low 60k. Most engineers with 3-5 were in the 70k range. Bonuses were all over the place and yearly wage increases (if there were any) were barely enough to keep up with cost of living. Starting vacation is 2 weeks which is becoming less and less rare because most companies wanting to retain talent offer 3. Company hates to spend money so don't plan on much training and development.
