      Plant manager is directionless and unprofessional. New managers do not have enough knowledge and will blind side employees to quitting. Extremely toxic and diminuing to female employees. Created exodus experienced employees.

      Management overworks engineers in order to meet their revenue targets each month because they can't figure out how to ship consistent amounts of product each day. They wait till the last 2-3 days of the month to ship large quantities of product. No opportunities for advancement - engineer, engineering leader, plant manager Get paid once a month
