      Work is easy and overtime is all voluntary Holidays are paid time off Decent amount of vacation

      Cons

      The way that any sort of health issue (ie. Covid) is treated is inhumane and punishes the employee If there is any issue with your attendance its treated like its your fault and you have to fight to get it resolved Some of the supervisors seem to just want to punish the workers instead of running a department well Training is lacking in many areas and sometimes untrained individuals are put in charge of a process or machine they haven't had any training on
