      The work culture is awesome and the management structure is very fluid, so there’s a lot of room for a person with strong leadership skilled and a capable business acumen to professionally develop, grow, and make a difference in daily business decisions at a high level.

      Cons

      The company was formed recently enough that it is still in many ways getting its arms around a lot of procedures and processes that are otherwise well established at larger organizations in similar industries.
