      Pros

      Huawei offers a good salary and every year I worked there I received a good bonus. My travel was never restricted and I was able to go to several conferences a year adding to my industry experience and networking.

      Cons

      Working for a Chinese company, at least for Huawei, was often frustrating, There seemed to be a lack of trust from headquarters of the North American employees. Even the most basic decisions had to be run by someone at headquarters before being approved. This was inefficient.
