      to work with really talented people from all over the world, very international atmosphere, opportunity to hone your leadership, opportunity to work overseas

      Cons

      management is poor, little respect to the staff, rigid work hours, no paid vocation, have to work on Saturday once a month

      The company is in Germany and should use the German Standards not it's Chinese ways! Lack of respect to non-Chinese Employees. No Organization skills.

      Pros

      Provides the Best career opportunity for IT professionals. Provides very high salary compared to competitors. Shows very high respect to Employees and always gives highest priority for Employees satisfaction. HUAWEI is completely performance based organization, Employee performing well will always get fruits in terms of growth and salary. HUAWEI provides very good onsite oppurtunities.

      Cons

      HUAWEI doesnot have a campus of its own. HUAWEI doesnot provide transport facilities. Onsite allowance is quite low when compared to competitors.
