Pressure too high, overworking is normal

On the personal side this company will keep you buried for life; Some departments are ok but on the other hand if you work in a certain department your life will be a living hell, they will keep promising you and telling you're core people, but you'll never find any benefits that shows you're the core member, new employees will get more salary, old members still waging salaries from 10 years ago, every little detail in your work ethics is micro-managed but they don't even pay any attention to your work, infrastructure is very ripped that they afford making access doors but don't have a penny for renovation of toilets, they keep mentioning any decision is from upper management but on the underlying layer they want to control anything in their power. If you plan to waste your life or you don't have any personal growth plan, not annoyed by getting manipulated on a daily basis, you might consider working there because such department isn't suitable for people with ambition
