      1) You get chance to work with different technology and domains. 2) Learning curve is steep. 3) Decent pay. 4) HR has initiated some good steps to get rid of rigid rules (allowing flex time,WFH etc)

      Cons

      1) Workload can be more at times. 2) Adapting to work culture can be difficult initially. 3) Some managers lack technical knowledge.
