It was a great place to work and every day you learn something new. Awesome environment and teamwork. They help you with Huawei certifications.

Cons

It was very difficult to book a flight or an hotel with HR when traveling, some times you had to pay them with your own money and it was difficult to get reimbursed. A lot of late night work.

Big company with lots of opportunities among different business units. Variety of technical areas to explore and grow yourself.

Cons

Senior management changes often and decision process are not made transparently. Policies and directions are not consistent and the culture wise is still pure oriental style.
