Pros

- The culture used to be the highlight, but it's declining, though still better than many other tech companies. - Your voice is heard and valued. - Colleagues are friendly, talented, and easy to collaborate with. - Excellent benefits, including unlimited PTO, medical coverage, and more. - The strong company branding opens up more opportunities for career growth.

Cons

- The shift to a performance-based culture has made things unbearable. I’m now working 12-15 hours a day to meet leadership’s overly aggressive monthly goals, and I’ve been seeing a therapist for over six months because of it. - Transparency has disappeared. It used to be better, but it also depends heavily on the team you’re in. - Some managers are ineffective. They focus only on managing people without improving their own skills or finding better solutions for the team.

Pros

- Kind, hardworking people - Solid product, easy to sell

Cons

- Despite being remote, increased micromanagement forced employees to stay online and work from 8:30-5:30PM daily; this reflected on the metrics - Falsely promised when hired that promoting to various other teams (non-Sales) would be a smooth process after 12-18 months, but this proved to be difficult - Internal mobility is near impossible due to its competitiveness. Current employees aren't favored necessarily, and are put through the same 4-5 round interview process as external candidates - Pay is below market, and no commission is given for the Inbound Sales role
