I'm honestly shocked and amazed how much I love my job and working for HubSpot. The opportunity to train in the head office in the US was fantastic, you really get sucked into the culture (a word I hate, but it's true). I also made great friends with other HubSpotters My team genuinely want me to succeed, they want me to do well for my benefit and theirs. Completely transparent, it's not just for show Humility is hugely appreciated and desired in all people - and in turn, everyone you work with is a genuine &nice person. Coming from a marketing/advertising background where people and companies are quite fake HubSpot is a breath of fresh air. I actually like coming to work every day

Cons

some extra HR info when starting around pay dates etc would be great, this isn't easily found on the company info tool, but this is a teeny critic - literally, the only thing I could think of!
