      * Compared to FAANG - much better work culture, friendly people * Competitive perks and salary * Work/life balance is really a thing here, you're expected NOT to be miserable because of your work

      Cons

      * Noticeable technical debt (at least on front-end side), not catching up with recent practices from last 3-4 years * Code quality is bothering at times, lots of over-complicated stuff * "Senior I" role feels like a regular dev
