Pros

They offer remote and hybrid roles.

Cons

For those considering an AE position, especially in Mid-Market, it's important to understand the pace and expectations. Communication is constant, often extending well beyond typical work hours, and responsiveness is expected in real time. While framed as accountability, it often felt more like tight oversight with limited autonomy. Territory quality was a challenge. Many accounts had been contacted repeatedly over the years, making it difficult to engage prospects or build fresh pipeline. Managerial support was inconsistent. Performance metrics were the primary focus, and coaching or development wasn’t emphasized. If you’re not hitting numbers, support may be limited. One unexpected hurdle was transitioning out. Titles didn’t carry the weight I anticipated in the broader market, and many external companies viewed the experience as SMB-level, which made upward mobility difficult. If you're seeking a role that offers long-term growth, balance, and strong mentorship, I’d recommend exploring other options.

Utterly broken me

Pros

My team are fantastic people, particularly the other ICs. Working remotely is also a win.

Cons

I have so much to say that it’s hard to get it all out. This place has absolutely broken me - I’m a shell of a person since I started working here four years ago. I’ve gone from being a top performer in my team, to absolutely fearing for my job every single day. The scaremongering from leadership, especially the CPO, has led to my mental health decline. The sad thing is that when I started, this company had a culture we all loved, we were thriving as teams and individuals. Since the new CPO has come in, so many changes have occurred. She puts it down to the company growth - which in fairness can’t be denied. That said, what has company growth got to do with the removal of unlimited PTO, week of rest, RSUs, decent pay, better middle management, etc. I’m on the verge of calling it a day… sad thing is they probably wouldn’t care that they lose yet another top performer.
