      Thanks for being a Senior Software Engineer at HubSpot, and for the feedback--I think your callout on the fact that folks can get stuck at a certain level is fair. We have programs (like UnStuck) for this purpose but I think we can do a better job at marketing them and on the other side recognizing where they fall short based on feedback, so thanks for highlighting and for making the time to write up this review, much appreciated. -Katie
