      - Great benefits (healthcare, work/life balance, stock purchasing plan, + other random perks) that make it hard to leave! - Amazing people to work with - DI&B is generally good - Generally managers are transparent

      Cons

      - Internal mobility is limited to the few streams that are offered (nobody's fault, it's just the way the business works) - Compensation monetary-wise is extremely lacking compared to competitors
