      Pros

      Beautiful offices. Excellent work culture. Just as they value their customers they value their employees too. Descent pay scale. Provided WFH stipend to support Home office setup. Flexible WFH option for lifetime. Free Book Program and so many other exciting benefits. People at Hubspot are really cool and easy to talk to.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons. But teams sit across nations, time difference can be challenging sometimes, but can be dealt with.

      Pros

      Joined HS back in February in a leadership role and I was extremely impressed by the company. Lots of cons: - team built on talent, people eager to learn and do well - promo process in place based on pure objective metrics - culture driven by pur HEART approach people are here to help internally and towards customers - focus on improving DI&B in a real and accountable way - transparency and clarity on the vision - product development and strategy - adaptability during the pandemic break out providing immediate tools to sales and customers to help during these time - overall benefits from health insurance to RSU, tuition, flexibility to Work from home and now remotely - looking to improve constantly Really love the company and couldn’t ask for more

      Cons

      With all honesty can’t think of any so far maybe low % pension contribution but all the others and extra benefits are fantastic
