Pros

Incredible transparent & open. Every individual matters and has an extraordinary amount of freedom. If you find a niche or project you're interested in, this is the company that gives you the support to explore and take ownership. Leading experts will help you along the way and are always available.

Cons

Increase the amount of available snacks (right now we only have cereal, nuts, fruits, m&ms and a variety of drinks). Beef jerky would be great to have.
