This is a company that really knows what it's doing. They invest so much in making employees happy and productive. People are smart and genuinely nice. They have a no-jerk policy and actually screen out the meanies to prevent any poison from getting in the door. Smart. Management rewards people for helping each other and collaborating. Team spirit is so high it is unbelievable until you experience it. Customers are more like adoring fans. They love every aspect of the company and actually cheer us on! Another impressive aspect is the career growth. You see really young people leading big teams and growing in their careers. That is not something you see just anywhere.

Amazing culture, the company puts a huge amount of effort into it and it clearly pays off. Some of the thinking around creating a world class culture is bleeding edge innovative. I'm impressed. I've worked in some great companies like LinkedIn and Microsoft and HubSpot is much further ahead in how it thinks about culture. The company is in hyper-growth with great people, which is a real plus, the bar is high to get in and when you do, your learning from all around you. East coast HQ in Boston, which gives you some time back in the day compared to working with a west coast US firm.
