Great culture on the sales engineering team in Dublin and overall a great place to work Great benefits regarding health care plans Free breakfast, lunch and snacks every single day Such a great office and place to work in who genuinely care and look after you Encourage working from home one day a week Great work life balance

Cons

The office is getting really big that it can be hard to get to know people from other departments

Leadership and Management really care about people There is a true commitment to DI&B No matter the level, everyone is humble, team player and hardworking There is no lack of transparency or feedback With the fast growth and emphasis on 'growing better', very day is a school day and you will never be bored

Cons

FOMO can be real - with fast growth everything moves super fast and, if not careful, you can find yourself being always on
