I loved reading "bennies" in a Sydney HubSpot review! Thanks for helping our Sydney team grow better and for helping our internal teams collaborate and grow better--our BET and HelpDesk teams are absolutely critical to our operations so thank you so much for all that you do! -Katie

Thanks for being an IGS in Sydney and for calling our culture fab--you're doing fab work in ANZ! I love that you feel you're learning new things constantly (ditto) and look forward to the continued impact the Sydney team is having on our business--really appreciate it. -Katie

Pros

-Best of class leadership team, their clarity of vision is a daily inspiration. -Hyper growth mode, there's always something new to learn or a problem to solve. -Supportive environment for autonomous and flexible work. -Perks are great (unlimited vacation, stock options, FREE books) but it's really working with some of the smartest and inclusive colleagues that's the greatest perk of being at HubSpot.

Cons

You'll have to keep explaining to the uninitiated what HubSpot is, it's not as easy as "Oh I work at Google or Facebook".

I love that you call out your colleagues not just for being smart but also very inclusive, that's the ultimate compliment. And I think you're spot on--HubSpot isn't quite as big (yet) as some of our peers in tech, so we all have to explain what HubSpot does at family parties-thanks for noting that, and for calling out the opportunities that come with our current size. Sincerely, Katie
