      * No micro management * Ideas are taken seriously * Friendly, safe workplace * Fantastic culture * Feel valued * Great management

      * A lot of meetings * My role is new-ish so there isn't a clear way to advance right now

      Incredible culture and talent

      Pros

      Wonderfully talented teams, always learning from everyone. Plenty of space and trust to allow true autonomy and feel proud of what you are doing.

      Cons

      From the outwardly facing branding/social media presence, I was hesitant as it seemed too good to be true before I joined, but not sure how that can be fixed. It really is a great place to work.
