Pros

The culture at HubSpot is second to none. The company lives and breathes its HEART (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent) principles, and it shows in every interaction. As a Sales Manager, I'm given a huge amount of autonomy to run my team and my business, but with an incredible support system behind me. The product is world-class. It's a genuine pleasure to manage a team that sells a platform we all believe in and that provides real value to our customers. The constant innovation means we always have something new and exciting to talk about. Career development is taken seriously here. HubSpot invests heavily in its people, offering clear paths for advancement, ongoing training, and mentorship opportunities. The growth path in front of me is clear and I view HubSpot as a long term career move. The people are also brilliant—you're surrounded by smart, driven, and supportive colleagues who push you to be better.

Cons

The bar is set very high, and the pace can be intense. This is a high-performance environment, and the expectations are significant. While this is a huge motivator, it's not a place where you can coast. You have to be willing to constantly learn and adapt, as the product and the business are always evolving. For some, this rapid change could be challenging, but for those who thrive on growth, it's a massive plus.

Pros

The team members are great, and some of the perks are really nice.

Cons

The new review system is really toxic and sucks.
