Pros

Full remote work and developer experience with top notch internal tools are the only things left from an once great company.

Cons

- Low salary compared to the market. - 1% raises and no RSU refreshers anymore. - Benefits constantly being curtailed or red tapped. - Uninspiring leadership. - Insanely hard to get promoted to Staff from SWEII, but easy to get hired as such.

Pros

Remote, travel, good work life balance,

Cons

Poor direction. The company doesn’t know what’s next. Engineers are tasked to find product direction through brainstorming and get no credit for new features. Lots of A/B testing. Chances are your code will be useless in 3 months, on a recurring cycle. Poor visibility, management does nothing, hope your Tech lead cares about you and will advocate for you.
