Constant leadership changes. Yearly goals are often set too late in the year. Very short term focused. Difficult to do business across business units.

Upper management will not allow any flexibility in work location/schedule. over 70% turnover, leaving for more pay and hybrid schedules (where job allows). Plant posts record profits and employee reward is a popsicle. Micromanagement impedes progress and makes employees shut down. Does not promote from within.
