Job security. Great resources, Peaceful work environment.

Cons

Health Insurance is terrible. Worst ever. This is the biggest reason I regret taking this job. It will likely be the reason I ultimately leave this job. All other things considered, this is my only issue with Hubbell.

Only pro I can think of is that there are some decent employees and the company 's industry is somewhat healthy.

Cons

management is way too political, unethical, hostile and not a diverse or friendly working environment, nonexistent work/life balance
