      Audit department - unethical leadership and revolving door

      None. Work hard and get nothing in return.

      Cons

      Top management is unethical, only care about themselves and treats employees unfairly. Not to mention audit leadership will downplay significant audit issues and downgrade audit reports to “play nice” with management. How can the company improve its internal controls when audit leadership neglects to provide an accurate and fair representation of what’s going on?
