Pros

The work of an Specialist or Engineer don't differ all work for same sustaining project. Nature of work is sustaining. No pressure, Good Managers, great coworkers except few. US visit opportunities if BU accepts. All are treated equally. Company provides important to skill development and provides opportunities.

Cons

Even if you work productively the designation and salary will be based on year of experience. Variable pay will be included in ctc. Same sustaining work. 90 days notice period. Your ideas will be considered but not implemented. Company won't try to retain talents. No standard matrix to cross check and valuate your performance rating.
