      Pros

      Good people to work with, average benefits.

      Cons

      Obsessed with growth thru acquisitions with not enough resources to handle the changes. Has shifted in recent years to a very top-heavy organization. More and more lower level employees laid off to make way for VP and Director positions. Used to have a lot of respect for long time employees, seems to favor and compensate new employees much higher.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Nice facilities and benefits. Always something new in the works to benefit employees.

      Cons

      Need better communication between departments and brands; Most managers have "teachers pets" so a lot of unfairness goes unnoticed by management. They are SLOW at hiring new people, their "max 10%" raise when switching jobs is ridiculous. Wrong people getting promoted

      Pros

      At Hubble they have great opportunities as far as benefits and insurance , also employee discounts .

      Cons

      There aren't really any downsides to the company to me . The only problem I have is as an employee you cant invest in the company as owners do .
