Pros
If you are in management, you have a good deal of autonomy. Depending on where you are located there may be flexible scheduling. Benefits are good but getting more expensive like everywhere else. The company is really growing; many acquisitions. I've been able to hone my skill set for the 9 years I have worked for Hubbell.
Cons
If things change in your department, the answer is usually you end up working more hours with little appreciation. This is a very top heavy company and top management seems out of touch with the thousands of employees who put the dollars on the bottom line. Also very much a'Good Ole Boys' club. The change in CEO did not change that.
