Oh there are so many to list... tired and antiquated company still operating on processes from decades past. Senior management located in home office sends down commands for subsidiaries to follow. Almost like working for a communist organization and very strict on rules and culture. Lately hiring less qualified people solely based on trying to improve the bottom line. This company is the definition of smoke and mirrors and is on the road downhill to a long decline.
