Pros
They try to make you stay with the pay. It's weekly, and you usually get like 800 a week, not bad, RIGHT? However you're mental health and self esteem goes down from how you're treated and they even have the audacity to try to gaslight you to make it seem like you're in the wrong. Terrible training and the management is outrageous.
Cons
You're not treated as a human if you work in certain areas. The atmosphere is chill but the management is on your tail more than some people can handle. They hold a stop watch and wait for you to mess up just to chew you out. They say they "value" you here but the most they did was buy pizza for everyone to distract you from how bad they treat you. There was even a group of people walking around with clipboards watching you work like it's a zoo. I would not recommend this job to my worst enemy. ON MY FIRST DAY SOME GUY QUIT BY 1ST BREAK. EXTREMELY HIGH TURN OVER RATE.
