Pros

The work keeps you busy but not overworked all day. Job is not hard 20 minute breaks Learn how to use different power tools

Cons

Whatever the weather is outside it’s 2x that in the building. No A/C , NO Heat Get paid every 2 weeks and barely make 80 hrs due to the company running out of resin every 1 or 2 weeks sometimes 2-3 days. Get sent home if no product is available. Only can get three points and it takes a year for the points to come off.
