Pros

ESOP Can travel between stores after being there long enough

Cons

Pay could be more than slightly above minimal wage for veteran employees. Company could take care of veteran employees better

Pros

I met quite a few people that mean a lot to me still. I communicate with some of them to this day as well. It did feel like a family at one point; just a super dysfunctional one. I enjoyed getting to know the customers.

Cons

Everything was always hectic. We were often understaffed. I often did manager tasks, but I was not a manager and did not get manager pay. The turn over rate is rough. I know there are other workers now, but at my time of employment, every little thing I did was picked a part. There were just a lot of things that needed to be worked on.
