To many made up jobs for people that can't even do their jobs. Some get high and ride around on the riders . They expect way to much from someone that has less than a week or two in.we have a pick right system that works not so great.there is a lot of conflict of entrust in the management.

The people I work with a good. The rewards program is really good, especially for employees. Job is fairly easy.

Cons

You may have a large amount of downtime if you aren't self-motivated. Pay could be higher.
