Not paying the employees the wages they truly deserve. you work 9 to 11 hr. doing your job then they expect you to go help somewhere else.No sick time, or personal time. You get points for missing when sick. We work on a skeleton crew. Don't think it is right to put some one in a management or floor management after working there for 6 to 7 months. the company brags on how much they make but can't pay the very good. Been there for over 16years never had a cost of living .

Not real picky about people they elevate in management, seems like they value time in company over people skills, management style. Value appearance over associates compensation. ESOP is complete baloney, you will NEVER own any stock. By own, I mean you can sell, trade or pass it on to your kids. with real stock, you can go to shareholders meetings and have some say in the company. Not with this scam. If you want to get rid of the stock, you HAVE to sell it back to the company and then you can only roll it into an IRA. Its a tax dodge for the real owners, Martin and Bayley, it takes the liability away from the company and spreads it out to the shareholders.
