Pros

Teamwork is a strong thing here. I would love to give management the props for that but its the cooks and us servers. Since day one I noticed that we are the ones who take the initiative to be team players. And sadly if it wasn't for that this restaurant would b shutting down

Cons

Management is constantly changing the schedule, sometimes two and three times a day. They will ask the cook to pull a 24 shift ( that really did happen) but then take other days away from him so he wouldn't get any overtime
