Pros

Hudl has been outstanding to work for! It's taught me so much about how working with a great community can improve just your overall way of life. This company truly cares and wants you to succeed in the best way. Management also does a great job pushing you hard, but in the end, making you the most successful rep you can possibly be. It's also a very flexible environment with balancing work and family life.

Cons

Very minimal if any cons.

Pros

Hudl is committed to your professional development and looks after its employees well. Great company culture, with a great balance of ambition and challenge, but allows you the flexibility to recharge and unwind. It is a performance and outcome-driven company as opposed to an outdated 9-5 culture.

Cons

Coming from professional sport where it is a small staff structure to Hudl who have a far greater number of employees, it can take you a while to figure out all the different team functions and what everyone does within the business. But that is probably specific to me being fairly new to the business, my role and my background.
