      Great benefits, especially for parents Intentional hiring practices has led to great people to work with I've always felt I can be myself at work - no need to be a buttoned-up version Feedback and criticism is welcome across all levels. Lots of transparency

      Cons

      As we've grown, we've gotten more "corporate", but that's to be expected and necessary in most cases
