There are so many. 1) Team Leads are very arrogant they will watch netflix and expect you to do all the work 2) Rotationals shifts 3)new rules every other day 4)Work Load is pathetic 5)Team leads will be b-com graduates with lil experience and alot of ego 6)No value for employees in this organization there are just so many.. 7)work life balance is destroyed

Pros

Need to think about the "Pros" but the only good thing is to have Work from home that too for people who have completed "6 months of probation" period where there is no job security in this period.

Cons

Lots and lots of amount of useless work with the skill that has no use in the market. It is just a kind of data entry job. Low salary with respect to the amount of work. its about 50% less average salary in India. No compensation or overtime. In most of companies, there's a fixed hike of some amount but here no such scene. Very minimum salary hike you have to work extremely hard to get a minimum hike that too is not sometimes guaranteed, and even if you reach the highest position your CTC will not go beyond 5.0LPA that is also below the average salary in India. The most worst part is the leave policy, you'll get leaves in your account but you cannot use them all will get rejected. No saturday-sunday offs. 2 Weekly offs weekdays that too can get shortened to just 1 day. No holiday or leaves during festivals or national holidays like diwali, 15 August, etc. These holidays will be mentioned in your calendar but you'll not get it.
