Less salary,no increments, TL and SM treat you like you are there slave . you will only recognize if you overpraise Team lead. lead are B.com graduates they give all there work and access to senior analyst and behave like boss hikes are besed on how close you to your Team lead not on your work.

I can't think of a single positive aspect about this company.

Cons

You're treated like a slave. Team leads are low IQ, immature degens who act like CEOs. No value, no appreciation, ridiculous rules that keeps on changing. Please avoid this company at any cost.

They practically offer jobs to anyone who can use a computer.

Cons

Team leads and Managers are highly unprofessional. Employees are often under appreciated by seniors who end up taking credits for other employee's hard work. Only for those who want to draw salary, not a recommended career based company.
