Pros

Hudl have an amazing attitude towards their staff and mental health, taking every step to ensure your happy in your role. I have never been happier in a dev role, theres no pushing for ridiculous deadlines, everyone has a voice and it truly is a collaborative and dynamic environment. I can see myself staying here for a very long time.

Cons

Missing a few minor benefits such as death in service etc & whilst the paternity leave is longer than normal for the UK I think there could be room to increase it (dad's love being around their newborns too!)

Some of the most knowledgeable product leaders I've worked with are here and eager to spread their knowledge. Strong leadership and board with a very clear vision and strategy for the company. A healthy balance of work/life, culture, and diversity balance with plenty of opportunities to stand out and gain recognition.

Cons

Abundance of information moving at a fast pace. It can be easy to get left behind as someone new to the company if you're not asking questions and getting involved. Some more opportunities to connect to colleagues sharing your role would make it easier to find a place in the pack and build internal support systems.
