Good and youngs employees 8 hrs shift Ok for work Work from home That's it

Very low increment, no value for work company growth 3 times in last three year but average employees growth minimum 5% only in last three year. Hudl achieve all the growth in sports industry because of india employees hard work but organization don't care about it.

No growth whatsoever, have to work in shifts. Extra hours of work is expected for some useless team competition
