Pros

The office environment which gets a good level of investment How the team interact with each other We have a market leading product but there is a hunger to develop others Confident acquisitions and growth plans Focus on company values The interaction between people seems to be friendlier and other offices I've worked in before. Interesting problems to tackle, across most of our teams in Tech, Product, Commercial and People A mgmt philosophy based on coaching Flexible work culture

Cons

Some growing pain as we become a truly international workforce. The disparity of global benefits

Pros

The USA team is very helpful and supportive.

Cons

To begin with, I personally feel that the person who is in charge of the office at Mumbai needs to be changed as soon as possible. Very abusive towards the team leads. Very supportive towards only female employee. He would vent his anger towards the team leads and the team leads would then vent out their anger on us the team members. He had made young team leads who have no idea about team management as team leads which is mo sense at all. Doesn't hike salaries on time. He should pay on time

Caution to those being acquired

Pros

Lots of room to grow. Good benefits. Tech style company. Lots of smart people.

Cons

Will buy out competitors so eventually a contract within an entire club or school can be signed. Once bought out there is a lack of effort to keep those acquired companies analysis at a high level. More focus on turn around time. Also will no go into tech debt or goals of analysis of the acquired company. (specific sport analysis won't get love) Main passion is 'win the (fill in blank for an entire organization such as club)'. Not interested in allowing growth in specific sport analysis in the sporting worls unless R&D says so.
