      There is so much to be thankful for: innovative products, Agile environment, autonomy in work, transparency in wins/losses, free lunch, amazing benefits in a place I love coming to every day!

      Cons

      I wish I had some to share. I know this review is important in making your decision, but I couldn't be happier or more supported here at Hudl.

      Dominate is at the core of the Hudl experience

      Pros

      + The company actually lives by the core values - I've never been at a company that lives by what they preach. + There are always opportunities to learn and grow within your role. + Every person I've encountered at Hudl has been committed, passionate, and someone I can learn from. + There is no "good enough" - everyone strives to dominate at everything they do + Free lunch, Venue every day. + The building - there are so many places to work no matter your style (including outdoor rooftop with views). + The Mother's Rooms - they truly listened and delivered incredible spaces for moms returning to work. + Parental leave (12 weeks paid for moms, 6 weeks for dads) + Unlimited vacation. + Autonomy in your work . + Flexibility - it's easy to be a parent at Hudl. + Snacks @ Three + Transparency

      Cons

      + Many people have a problem unplugging from their work, so they never are fully "on vacation" - I would say that's equal parts a personal decision as well as seeing that behavior modeled. + Tightly staffed, always running at 100% with little time between busy times

      Pros

      Good place to work for a sports enthusiast

      Cons

      lack of growth. New opportunities are given as per senior management's will and not on the basis of merit. Irregular work hours, Weekoffs and holidays are cancelled on a very short notice
